This site is a tribute to Edmund , who was born in BRIGHTON on March 12, 1948. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

EDMUND THOMAS ANTHONY BALMER Peacefully passed away at his home on the 2nd October 2007. He leaves behind his four loving children and three grandchildren. Eddie will be remembered for his generosity, his love of his family and his willingness to help others around him. His cheeky smile and jokes always won over people’s hearts as did his sheer strength of personality to fight through all hardships, especially against his pancreatic cancer where he stood proud and brave and wanted to fight to the very end. Indeed he gave strength and encouragement to those that nursed him over the last year. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. God rest his soul.
